RoleOverview:

A Customer Service Representative IIIworks in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. Also assist inmaintaininga safe, organized work environment and supporting general branch needs.

  • Handleelectronic order entry and processingutilizingJD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries ina timely,accurate, andappropriate manner

  • Submit and code bills and invoices totheAP department for payment

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamstomaintainadequate inventory levels to meet customer needs

  • Supportthe Sales Team withaccuratecustomer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns

  • Preparereportswith minimal supervision

  • Act asinformal team lead

  • Ensureadministrative tasksare completed

WhatYouBring totheRole:

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)

  • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERP

  • Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamwork

  • Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making
