Grace Design Studios is seeking a respected and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Phoenix Healthcare Studio. This position plays a key role in partnering with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused healthcare design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare projects from proposal through construction, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants, and guide production of design and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows.
  • Collaborate on marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
  • Represent Grace Design Studios at conferences and industry events as a thought leader in healthcare design.
  • Contribute to the firm's design excellence through research, mentorship, and pursuit of design awards.
  • Travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight.

Required Skills

  • Accredited degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare architecture across various project types, including acute and outpatient care.
  • Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms.
  • Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm in professional settings.
  • Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred.
