This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced pet care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Customer Care Associates and Reservation Specialists
  • Deliver excellent customer service and oversee client interactions
  • Manage reservations, invoicing, payments, and client records
  • Monitor capacity, waitlists, and daily front desk operations
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
  • Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance
  • Support marketing efforts, events, and client communications

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (payments preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using new systems and technology

WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. Must be open weekends and holidays. Possible shifts can include 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm.
