Job Description

NVision IT, LLC is in search of a candidate for an Business Analyst role (Entry, Mid and Senior Levels) for a federal project.

Description:

Conduct operational and procedural analysis of systems to define business and system requirements that meet key business objectives.

Collaborate with the business units and technology teams to identify, assess, and solve business problems.

Gather requirements and translate business and design requirements into technical requirements.

Research existing business and system processes and develop as-is process flows.   

Provide support documentation for meetings with business and stakeholders to develop an understanding of their operations and requirements.

Basic knowledge of project management principles, such as scope, deliverables, timeline and cost/benefits.

Basic knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of performance analysis (trending, root cause and gap analysis) and benchmarking.

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

Basic analytical skills and understanding interpreting customer business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1+ years of experience

Excellent communication skills

Must be a US Citizen
