Enterprise Systems Administrator
Position Summary
The Enterprise Systems Administrator serves as a functional and technical expert for Acumatica, supporting business operations through data analysis, system configuration, and process automation. This role requires deep knowledge of Acumatica Project Accounting and construction industry workflows, with the ability to design and maintain Generic Inquiries, Import Scenarios, dashboards, business events and reporting solutions that improve business visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Acumatica ERP, Procore, and other integrated business systems, ensuring optimal performance amp; data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Import Scenarios, Business Events, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
  • Support project accounting, job costing, change management, billing, and financial reporting within construction operations.
  • Partner with operational and accounting teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP and business systems solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data, integration, and workflow issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and best practices for Acumatica amp; Procore users.
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience of strong hands-on experience as an ERP consultant, analyst, or administrator.
  • Deep understanding of Acumatica Project Accounting and construction industry operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generic Inquiries, Import Scenarios, and Acumatica data structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with system integrations, reporting, SQL, and data management is 4+ years is preferred.
In this role, you would act as the primary technical resource for Acumatica ERP, Procore, and other integrated platforms. The position is responsible for system configuration, maintenance, reporting, data management, process automation, and supporting critical construction and project accounting operations.
