We specialize in high-end projects-including custom decks, pergolas, screened porches, and sunrooms-and we provide our builders with steady, year-round work.
Key Responsibilities
  • High-End Construction: Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
  • Structural Expertise: Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
  • Material Handling: Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials.
  • Blueprint Literacy: Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and building plans accurately.
  • Project Oversight: Manage material take-offs, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a specific focus on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
  • Professionalism: A commitment to craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
