What We're Looking For:


  • Experience: Ideally, you have 2+ years in carpentry. Basic framing knowledge is required; exposed post and beam experience is a plus.

  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

  • Willingness to Travel: Be ready for 2-3 week travel periods. Reliable transportation is needed, but you won't be driving cross-country-we've got your flights and lodging covered.
