Metal Painter

Location: Clearwater, Florida

Full Time | Manufacturing | Sign Industry


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Painter to prep, prime, and paint metal signs and cabinets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prep metal cabinets and signs using electric sanders
  • Apply bond/filler as needed and sand to finish
  • Prime and paint using gravity-fed paint guns
  • Mix custom paint colors
  • Move signs and cabinets using carts, forklifts, or team lifting
  • Maintain clean, safe paint booths and work areas
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience painting metal or aluminum preferred
  • Ability to use paint guns, sanders, and hand tools
  • Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings
  • Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.)
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Overtime as needed; occasional evenings/weekends
