Job description

We are looking for an experienced Custom Stainless Welder / Fabricator to join our team. You will build custom stainless equipment for customers. From basic to intricate, we build it all. Want to see what you will do?

Your Tasks:

  • To work safely no matter what. Safety is our #1 priority.
  • Operate stainless fabrication tools and various shop machines.
  • Skilled at reading and fabricating from shop drawings.
  • Hammer and grind pieces to ensure all parts are properly assembled.
  • Alter dimensions to fit exactly what the customer needs.
  • Pre-assemble, seal, and weld stainless primarily. Some galvanized & black iron.
  • Polish stainless to make it shine!
  • On-site TIG welding and installation.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in TIG welding and stainless fabrication.
  • Proficiency with TIG required.
  • Experience in SCH 10 - SCH40 and MIG is preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.

You need to be able to:

  • Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Work as a team.
  • Work in an unconditioned shop.
  • Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry max of 60 lbs.
  • Work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
  • Exercise motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
