Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodshop Worker with experience in carpentry, woodworking, and CAD software. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to communicate effectively with the woodshop team to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD designs.
  • Build, assemble, and finish custom wood products according to specifications.
  • Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
  • Measure, cut, shape, sand, and assemble wood components with precision.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and shop team members to meet project requirements.
  • Communicate project progress, material needs, and production issues to supervisors and teammates.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and material organization.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, or carpentry preferred.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is required.
