Job description

Ready to elevate your trade with a premium home services brand?

We aren't looking for standard parts-changers. We are looking for elite, high-performing HVAC Service Technicians who possess deep technical expertise, absolute integrity, and the consultative communication skills needed to build lifelong trust with homeowners.

As a W-2 HVAC Service Technician, you will be dispatched to high-quality, company-generated service calls in a fully stocked, premium dispatch vehicle. You won't just turn wrenches—you will diagnose complex systems, present clear options, and execute flawless repairs. You will work side-by-side with an elite team, backed by a world-class support staff and an expert installation crew that respects your expertise and delivers on your technical hand-offs.

What We Offer (The Total Rewards Package)

We believe top talent deserves a mix of high-upside financial incentives and the elite stability of a premium corporate benefits package:

  • High-Earning Potential: Competitive base pay or hourly rate coupled with a lucrative performance/conversion bonus structure. Realistic first-year expectations of $90,000 – $140,000+.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance options for you and your family.
  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with company matching contributions to help you build long-term wealth.
  • Work-Life Balance: Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Premium Tools for Success: Fully stocked company vehicle, fuel card, iPad, cutting-edge diagnostic equipment, and custom branded apparel provided.
  • Career Advancement: Continuous technical, code, and communication training to keep you at the top of your game.

What You Will Do

  • Elite Diagnostics & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems (including variable-speed equipment, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality solutions).
  • Consultative Customer Service: Explain technical issues to homeowners in simple, value-driven terms. Present clear, tiered repair-versus-replace options using our custom digital tools, allowing the customer to make informed decisions.
  • Warm Lead Generation: Recognize when a system is beyond its useful life or when a homeowner would benefit from new technology. Execute clean, warm hand-offs to our Comfort Advisor team.
  • Precision Workmanship: Maintain the highest standards of technical quality and safety. Ensure all repairs are completed to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
  • Safe and Clean Operations: Maintain a spotless service vehicle, look the part, and respect the homeowner's property by executing our clean-home guarantee on every call.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Technical Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required. NATE certification or local licenses are highly preferred.
  • Elite Communication: The ability to build immediate rapport, explain complex mechanical issues clearly, and present options without high-pressure sales tactics.
  • The "Grinder" Mindset: A self-motivated spirit with an elite work ethic and a desire to maximize your income through performance incentives.
  • Professional Standards: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Must match our commitment to clean, safe, and professional service.

Why Join Our Team?

We operate with a high level of respect for our field staff. We don't cut corners, we treat our customers like family, and we believe our technicians are the backbone of our brand identity. If you are tired of corporate red tape or being treated like a number, come to a place where your skills are rewarded, your growth is supported, and your paycheck reflects your effort.
