Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care, following blend sheet instructions.
  • Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, helping build long-term relationships.
  • Support daily operations, including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.
  • Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.
