What You'll Do:
  • Handle the proper application of crop protection products
  • Operate all spray equipment
  • Spray and calibrate pesticides
  • Operate computers on equipment
  • Mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Assist mechanic
  • Maintain application/spray records
  • Pick up and deliver product to customers, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
  • Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
  • Must meet DOT and Company requirements
  • Applicator's and Fumigation License is a plus
  • Previous application experience is a plus

The salary range for this role, in Oxnard, CA location, is between $18.00 - $27.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions.
