The **Application Configuration Analyst** supports the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications and custom solutions. Working closely with business users and technical teams, this role helps translate business requirements into effective application configurations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with a passion for learning new technologies, building business knowledge, and growing into a trusted application specialist supporting the organization's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform and related business applications.**Roles & Responsibilities*** Learn the ECM platforms, custom applications, and supporting technologies used within the organization.* Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application configurations and solutions.* Configure and maintain custom application toolsets to support business processes.* Assist with application setup, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.* Support users by investigating issues, troubleshooting problems, and identifying appropriate solutions.* Participate in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.* Work closely with developers, business analysts, and application owners to implement enhancements.* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production support.* Create and maintain application documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify business processes and improve application usability.* Learn new technologies and business processes to support the ongoing modernization of enterprise applications.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.* **2–4 years** of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing business or enterprise applications.* Experience working with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.* Basic understanding of databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.* Familiarity with application configuration, testing, and software support.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Experience working in an Agile or similar project environment is preferred.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to learn new technologies quickly.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.* Takes initiative and is eager to learn and grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
