Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability across our Central Fill Campus. We support Health and Wellness operations by ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are in top condition—enabling our associates to deliver life-saving medications to customers nationwide. Your leadership will help us set the standard for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for material handling and power equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and custodial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to optimize facility performance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and analytical tools to track performance, report results, and drive improvements.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years in a Walmart maintenance technician role or 1+ year in industrial maintenance (welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics) with team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated management experience with the ability to lead teams and projects.
  • Experience with electrical systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
