The position is fully remote, offering flexibility with a commitment to a healthy work-life balance. While the work is conducted in a virtual setting, our clinicians remain connected with both clients and team members through advanced telehealth systems and regular consultations. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to design personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their healing processes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and comprehensive support to clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practice.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Solid grounding in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to personalize interventions for varied client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, essential for engaging effectively with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

At least two years of relevant clinical experience as a mental health counselor, demonstrating the ability to handle a full caseload while maintaining high standards of patient care.
