Job Description

The Field Supervisor will also provide oversight and management of project tasks, but at a localized level typically focusing on supervising fieldwork but may also perform other tasks typically attribute to principals. The field supervisor usually needs to meet the same minimum education and experience requirements of the principal, they often will have similar qualifying experience, but less responsibility. A field supervisor or director may be qualified in archaeology, history, architectural history, historic architecture, historic landscape architecture, other related discipline.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience requirements will be identified in the task order and will often include a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline to the task and at least one year of related professional experience; however, experience may substitute for education.
