Grading / Curb Superintendent
Southeast Industrial Construction (SEI)

Southeast Industrial Construction (SEI) is seeking an experienced Grading / Curb Superintendent to lead and operate Gomaco curb machine operations on construction projects across the United States and Canada. This is a travel-based position headquartered out of Tennessee for someone who takes pride in leadership, precision, and producing high-quality work in the field.

SEI is certified to work in all 50 states and Canada, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of large-scale infrastructure and site development projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Operate and oversee Gomaco curb machine operations
  • Manage grading and curb crews on active job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, grades, and project specifications
  • Utilize GPS machine control systems and layout technology
  • Coordinate daily production schedules and field operations
  • Maintain jobsite safety, quality standards, and efficiency
  • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and crews

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of heavy experience with GPS grading systems required
  • Previous Gomaco curb machine experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of grading, paving, and construction operations
  • Proven leadership and crew management experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
