Concrete Curb Foreman

AC Moate Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Curb Foreman to oversee and manage concrete curb construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specification.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise concrete curb construction crews, assigning tasks and providing guidance
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule work activities
  • Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify issues or hazards and take corrective action
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and equipment maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Curb Finisher or in a similar concrete leadership role
  • Proven experience operating a curbing machine
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and priorities
