Day in the Life: On a given week, you might coordinate a hotel HVAC replacement in Charlotte, perform a Inspection of a guest room renovation in Phoenix, and track CapEx budgets across multiple properties.
  • This is not an IT or software project management role. This position leads hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects across our portfolio.
  • You will work closely with property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems, not software implementations.

** In line with our SPIRIT value of Innovation, candidates selected to move forward will receive an invite to complete a virtual interview-giving you a flexible, anytime-anywhere way to introduce yourself without the pressure of a live call.
What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate and provide tactical management of all technical activities on assigned projects
  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all disciplines and project stakeholders
  • Ensure all assigned personnel align activities with broader project objectives and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to established standards
  • Oversee project financials, including accurate invoicing and receivables tracking

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing multi-discipline projects, preferably within a consulting engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus

  • Talent Curator: You attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Transparent Leader: You communicate openly and honestly.
  • Leading with SPIRIT: You embody our core values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork.

Why Atrium?
