WORK LOCATION and HOURS: ย Little Rock, AR, Monday โ€“ Friday, 8: 00 AM to 5:00 PM - IN OFFICE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Primary responsibilities include: Accurate and timely entry of data in the firmโ€™s case management system; Correspond with firm clients through telephone and written communication; Respond to client inquiries and provide information to clients regarding title curative matters; Access client websites to request documents, upload documents and update the clientโ€™s website with accurate information regarding title curative matters;ย  Examination of foreclosure title searches to determine the current condition of title; Notify clients of all pending title issues and recommended title curative procedures; Assist attorneys in curing title issues via the title claims process or manual curative process.

1. Ensure all required information is properly entered into the firmโ€™s case management system and client websites in a timely and efficient manner.

2.ย Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.

3. Examines title searches from various title vendors for accuracy of the chain of title, to identify liens that require notice of the foreclosure sale, for lien priority and for legal description accuracy.

4.ย Identify title issues that require curative action and assist the attorney in curing the title defect.

5. Identify breaks in the chain of assignment and prepare an assignment that completes the assignment chain for client review and execution.

6. Identify and request from the client any missing documents and/or data needed for the title curative process.

7. Answer client inquiries via telephone or email and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

8. Performs all other duties as requested.
