Job Duties and Responsibilities

Empowering field technicians and sales teams across smart home service channels requires centralized content management, optimized sales enablement tools, and competitive pricing strategies. This role resolves sales friction and fragmented field communications by curating targeted sales content and managing high-impact membership programs. Through advanced performance analytics and cross-functional alignment across marketing, finance, and product teams, sales enablement initiatives drive measurable revenue growth and business expansion. Ultimately, these efforts streamline technology adoption, optimize program profitability, and elevate overall sales performance across the enterprise.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Partner with internal communications and media teams to develop and maintain sales-focused content for technicians and customers
• Identify, implement, and optimize sales enablement technologies to boost sales force efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the operational success of membership programs while collaborating with finance to establish competitive and profitable pricing structures
• Translate performance data into actionable strategic decisions using advanced data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators
• Integrate AI workflows to analyze sales data, automate content curation, and optimize membership pricing models
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and leadership stakeholders to align sales enablement initiatives with business growth targets

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Deep expertise in sales enablement strategy, field sales training, and technology stack optimization
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities using visualization platforms such as Tableau
• AI Application fluency to optimize sales enablement tools, streamline performance reporting, and generate targeted sales content
• Critical experience in program management, vendor collaboration, and commercial pricing strategy execution
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities to align diverse business stakeholders

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience using Tableau or equivalent data visualization platforms for sales performance reporting

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field
• Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
• Sales enablement tools and performance management technologies
• Data visualization platforms such as Tableau for business insights
• Program management, pricing strategy development, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
