Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
  • Be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and support team members during assigned shifts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions during daily operations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
  • Previous Starbucks or specialty coffee experience.
  • Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions.
  • Food Safety Certification (or the ability to obtain certification upon hire).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
