  • Supporting additional cultivation activities, including harvest, curing, and production needs, through cross-training and during high-demand periods
  • Following state regulations, security procedures, SOPs, and quality standards when handling, labeling, and tracking plant material

What You'll Bring:

  • You are reliable and organized, with strong documentation and inventory skills that help you stay on top of a structured schedule
  • You have solid math and measurement skills and the ability to operate a scale with confidence
  • You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Even Better If:

  • You have experience with propagation, cloning, mother plant care, or other early-stage cultivation processes
  • You bring knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, growing media, and nutrients
  • You understand different cannabis strains, phenotypes, and their unique characteristics or growing needs
  • You have hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, or a related environment
