Culligan of Elizabethtown, KY is looking for a dependable, motivated, and coachable individual to join our team as a Salt Delivery & Filter Change Technician.
This is an entry-level, hands-on position with a real opportunity to grow into a future Installer or Service Technician role within our Kentucky market. We are looking for someone who is willing to come in, learn our process, serve our customers well, and take pride in doing the job the right way.
At Culligan, we help homes and businesses enjoy high-quality water all year long. Many of our current customers depend on us to maintain their water treatment equipment through scheduled salt deliveries, whole-home filter changes, and reverse osmosis drinking water filter changes. This role is an important part of making sure our customers continue receiving the clean, dependable, high-quality H2O they expect from Culligan.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being on the road, meeting customers, and learning a valuable trade.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver and add salt to customer brine tanks/barrels as scheduled
-Perform routine filter changes on whole-home filtration systems
-Change filters on reverse osmosis drinking water systems
-Inspect basic equipment operation during scheduled service visits
-Communicate professionally with customers while in their homes or businesses
-Complete service tickets and required documentation accurately
-Maintain an organized service vehicle, parts inventory, and work area
-Follow company procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations
-Communicate with the service team regarding customer needs, concerns, or equipment issues
-Learn the basics of water treatment, equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting
