The Role:

Our Team Leaders ("TL") play a keyrole in bringing our mission, values, and competencies to life for guests andteam members in our restaurants. TLs support performance success in partnershipwith our Assistant General Managers and General Managers by leading the teamdaily, promoting a positive work environment, and delivering on our commitmentsto our guests. TLs work collaboratively with teams by delegating routines andimportant tasks, ensuring standards are executed, and support the training anddevelopment of other Team Members.

Qualifications:

Work closely with Managers and Team Membersto bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food

Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members as our business continues to grow

Supportthe overall restaurant experience and execute key duties including but notlimited to opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conductinginventory, and cash handling as needed

Support food safety initiatives and ensurethat other Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanlinessstandards

Modelsound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise

Supportdeployment practices on your scheduled shift to ensure heightened levels ofservice interactions with guests, as well as prompt presentation of food orders

May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
