Records Analyst:
Reports to the Records Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate Outgoing LLP Record.
  • Provides with Times and Cycles for parts.
  • Generates Module Configuration Sheet from Part Routing Tags (Form QC 227) & Component Certs received during the engine assembly process and previous Engine Shop Visit documents for areas not disturbed during the current shop visit.
  • Retrieving (Pulling) Vendor Certifications consumed during the engine build-up process from the records files.
  • Vendor Cert storage Files to generate Engine Shop Visit documents.
  • Generates SB List from Red Borders and verifying compliance status by review of previous
  • Engine Shop Visit Records.
  • Organizing documents received during the engine disassembly/assembly process to prepare for data input.
  • Audits engine Mini-pack Forms generated to reflect maintenance performed on engines for accuracy. ( Module Configuration list, SB list, etc.)
  • Generate Engine Shop Visit Summary.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Records Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
  • Excellent Office Suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Quantum software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and presents insights clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience working with Quantum or similar record management systems.
