Job description

Are you the expert people call when the crane won’t lift and the bucket won’t boom?

If diagnosing hydraulics, diesel drivetrains, and complex electrical controls in the field is your sweet spot — and if you enjoy owning the fix end-to-end — this role is built for you.

Why CTOS

For 30+ years, Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) has supported essential infrastructure. With 40+ branches, 2,600 employees, and a 10,000+ unit fleet spanning utility, telecom, rail, and construction, we keep mission-critical equipment ready for work.

Your mission

  • Competitive pay plus overtime.
  • Full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, tool program, and additional support.
What it takes

  • Deep capability in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics and repair.
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable working solo and within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class B preferred. Personal tools required.
