What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics for our Maryland Heights, MO Warehouse whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Our warehouse associates are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come his or her way. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

- Provide strategic oversight of warehouse operations and freight logistics across inbound and outbound channels.

- Ensure alignment of logistics processes with CTI’s operational goals and customer service standards.

- Lead and continue development of warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.

- Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Maintain compliance with CTI’s policies and safety standards.

Experience:

- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations leadership.

- Strong strategic thinking and team leadership capabilities.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and freight tracking technologies.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to ethical business practices and operational transparency

- Experience managing multi-site or high-volume logistics environments
