    Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

The Medical Assistant (MA) is an integral member of our healthcare team, supporting providers and patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a clinical setting. The MA is responsible for assisting patient preparation, clinical procedures, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient patient flow and positive experience.
Key responsibilities include collecting patient information and vital signs, preparing patients for exams or procedures, performing routine tests, administering medications as directed, and supporting patient education. The MA also manages clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and helps maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Must meet one of the following requirements: Graduated from an accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours of clinical experience completed; or completion of an Adult Education Medical Assistant program and 6 months of clinical experience in a practice setting; or 1 year of clinical experience in a multi-provider practice setting (equivalent experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
  2. License/Certifications: Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, NCCT, or NREMT certification preferred. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Fully remote care team members are exempt from BLS certification requirements. A NH Med Tech License, or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license is required for those positions located in New Hampshire.
  3. Experience: Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

The Clinical Team Assistant (CTA) plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care within the clinical team. Working under the direction of providers and licensed clinical staff, the CTA assists with both administrative and clinical support tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, managing patient flow, obtaining and documenting patient information, assisting with basic clinical procedures, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication between patients, providers, and care team members. The CTA also helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment and ensures supplies and equipment are properly stocked.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences or a student in a health science program that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or completion of the CTA apprentice program, or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
