CT Technician
Are you an experienced and personable Radiology Technician who takes pride in compassionate and personable patient care? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
Access Health Care Physicians, LLC is now hiring CT Technicians.
Your Role
Our CT Technicians identify patient service requirements by establishing a personal rapport with all potential and current patients while ensuring operation of radiology and computerized tomography equipment.
We're looking for a CT Tech who can:
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically to comfort our patients
  • Prepare patients for radiological/CT procedures
  • Complete preventative maintenance requirements
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and call for repairs
  • Evaluate new equipment
  • Maintain equipment/supply inventory & place orders
  • Maintain work areas by ensuring cleanliness and safety
  • Adhere to infection-control policies & protocols
  • Follows drug protocols in case of drug-reactions, such as contrast media, administering first aid, and utilizing the emergency cart
  • Maintain production and quality of radiographic/CT images
  • Develop radiographs, observe radiographic results, and make necessary adjustments
  • Document patient care services in medical records
  • Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Be a team player!

We would like for you to have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from a 2-year accredited school of Radiology Technology
  • ARRT registered or eligible
  • Ability to administer IV contrast
  • Current CPR certification
  • 2 years of previous experience as a radiology/CT technician
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player attitude

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to see close up and adjust focus
  • Must have color vision and depth perception
