CT Technologist Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this essential role, you'll perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. You'll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care are top priorities.
CT Technologist Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
  • Monitor patient well-being and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
  • Practice ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation safety principles at all times.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver timely, quality care.
  • Maintain proper documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and imaging systems.
  • Prepare contrast materials as needed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
CT Technologist Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography; advanced CT certification preferred or obtained within 12 months.
  • Current state licensure (if required).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
