CT/X-Ray Technologist | Madelia, MN

$70K - $105K Annually

Position Summary

Trinity Employment is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our Imaging Department at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southern Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while providing essential diagnostic imaging services to hospital, emergency department, clinic, and outpatient populations.

The ideal candidate will be CT certified and comfortable performing both computed tomography and general radiology procedures, as well as assisting with C-Arm imaging during pain management procedures in the operating room.

The Imaging Department provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging services for emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and clinic patients.

Equipment

  • Siemens Perspective 64-Slice CT Scanner
  • Shimadzu Portable X-Ray Unit
  • Delta Digital Radiography (DR) General X-Ray Room
  • C-Arm Imaging Equipment utilized in the Operating Room for pain management injections

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform CT and diagnostic radiology examinations according to departmental protocols.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer and facility guidelines.
  • Assist physicians with fluoroscopic and C-Arm procedures in the operating room.
  • Evaluate image quality and perform necessary repeat imaging when indicated.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in weekend, holiday, and call rotation schedules.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
  • CT Certification required.
  • Current state licensure as applicable.
  • Strong knowledge of CT and diagnostic radiology procedures.
