ARRT CT Scan Technologist

MLR is looking for a talented and committed CT Scan Technologist to join our client's well-respected hospital team near Fort Worth, Texas!
Key Responsibilities for a CT Scan Technologist:
  • Operate CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Schedule: Day shift, Thursday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Verify physician orders and review patient history to ensure the correct imaging procedures are performed.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists to capture high-quality images for accurate interpretation.
  • Keep accurate records of procedures and patient information in the hospital's electronic system.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to patients during procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
  • Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with CT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance.
CT Scan Technologist Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current Texas Radiologic Technologist license.
  • CPR and BLS certifications are required.
  • Texas Medical Board - MRT certification is necessary.
  • ARRT certification in CT (Computed Tomography) is required.
