Responsibilities awaiting you:

  • Lead advanced CT data analysis using VGStudio MAX for porosity/inclusion evaluation, wall thickness measurements, dimensional inspection, and visualization.

  • Establish best practices and standards for CAD-to-scan alignment, and automated inspection macros in VGStudio MAX.

  • Collaborate with design engineering and metrology to resolve product variation issues, define tolerances, and support root cause analysis.

  • Develop and implement standardized workflows for CT data processing across sites, including correlation and Gage R&R studies.

  • Provides technical support to engineers, and other departments to support tooling development and process improvements.

  • Write and maintain CT-specific inspection protocols, operating procedures, and data review methods aligned with customer standards.

  • Mentor CT technicians and analysts to elevate technical capability and ensure consistency of digital inspection practices.


What you should bring
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the application of CT data to VG applications including wall measurements & automation
  • Specialized training/experience in VolumeGraphics including VGInline, previous completion of courses offered by Hexagon a plus

  • Capable of satisfying visual acuity requirements per NAS 410

  • Experience in building and deploying VG automated macros, experience in CAD/NX use preferred

  • Auditing and compliance management experience preferred

  • Ability to train customer personnel in a small group setting

  • Completed technical training (i.e. previous experience or course completion in VolumeGraphics)

  • Ability to support up to 80% travel including being stationed at customer facility for extended periods of time

  • Detail orientation with regards to documentation surrounding training

  • Self-driven, strong communication skills

  • Customer service oriented

  • High-level English proficiency
