Job description

Mental Health Therapist (teletherapy or face to face). Full/Part Time

In person face-to-face CSW/mental health/counselor/therapist/social worker position with some teletherapy flexibility.

We are an outpatient private mental health practice (in Sugarhouse) that is currently expanding and hiring an additional therapist. You will have your own caseload of clients to whom you will give direct therapy. Either a part-time or full-time schedule is available.

Responsibilities:
  • You may, but will never be required to do more than 13 visits on any given week.
  • Your schedule would require a minimum of 13 client hours weekly, with the option to work as many additional hours as desired.ย  23 client hours weekly is considered full-time.
  • 75% of your caseload will be in person with the option to meet virtually and provide teletherapy for the remaining 25%.
  • The majority of our clientele are struggling with depression, addiction, anxiety, trauma or relationship issues.
  • Our clients span all age, race, sexuality, religious and gender demographics.
Qualifications:
  • Active Utah CSW (Certified Social Worker) or LCSW license.
  • Active ACMHC (Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor) or CMHC license.ย 
  • CSW-I LICENSE.
Compensation is:
  • $41 per billable hour for part-time therapists.ย 
  • $46 per billable hour for full-time (23 hours weekly) pre-licensed therapists (CSW, ACMHC).
  • $52 per billable hour for independently licensed therapists (LCSW or CMHC).ย 
  • Full-time therapists will also be eligible for health insurance.

The schedule is very flexible and you can work on whatever days or times is most convenient for you.
