Job description

Athens Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a Certified Scrub Tech (CST) providing professional and quality patient care in a cohesive team environment.
Job Duties: The Certified Surgical Tech (CST) assigned to Nursing will be responsible for successful completion of the following job duties:
1. Assisting physician during clinic appointments.
2. Preparation of surgical procedures.
3. Completion of the sterilization process of equipment
4. Turnover of operating rooms
5. Stocking of supplies.
Education/Experience: The successful candidate will possess the following education and experience:
1. Graduate of accredited Surgical Tech program.
2. Current certification as Surgical Tech.
3. Current BLS certification required.
4. One (1) year experience preferred.
5. Must be an energetic, flexible, multi-tasking team member.
