Job description

Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – General Surgery (Days)
Seeking an experienced Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a busy operating room. Candidates must be able to work independently, take call, and precept staff. The role involves assisting with a variety of surgical procedures in an 8-bed operating room.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of recent CST experience.
  • Strong experience in General, Gynecology, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedic (including total joints), Neuro/Head & Spine, and Trauma surgeries.
  • Ability to work independently and precept other staff.
  • Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered).
Preferred Experience:
  • C-sections.
  • ENT.
  • Plastics.
  • DaVinci Robotic Surgery.
  • Meditech Expanse EMR.
Requirements:
  • NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted).
  • Active AHA BLS certification.
  • Must be willing to take call.
  • Must have a personal vehicle.
  • Two recent supervisory references required.
  • Submit complete work history and any requested time off with the application.
