About the Facility

A 492-bed facility located in the heart of Los Angeles. This assignment offers the opportunity to work within a highly respected healthcare system utilizing Epic EMR and supporting Labor & Delivery services.

 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with recent Labor & Delivery experience. This role supports obstetrical surgical procedures and provides assistance to the surgical team in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment.

 Requirements
  • Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification (NBCST)
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of CST experience
  • Recent Labor & Delivery CST experience required
  • Travel experience not required
  • Local travelers accepted
  • COVID vaccine not required
  • All skills checklists must have a score of 3.0 or higher
Additional Information
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1
  • On-Call Requirement: None
  • Float Requirement: Required as needed. Facility frequently floats CSTs based on staffing needs. Candidates must be comfortable floating.
  • RTO: Up to 4 days approved
  • Scrub Color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue
  • PPE: Fully provided by the facility
  • Parking: Available on site
  • Pay Cycle: Sunday through Saturday
  • EMR: Epic
