Job description

Client Representative / Customer Service Representative

Tech Tammina LLC

Responsible for management of all vehicles in Columbus, OH

โ€ข Conduct multi-point inspection on rental returns and identify mechanical and physical concerns

โ€ข Conduct routine vehicle inventory including new purchases, rental returns and vehicles in service or repair

โ€ข Manage routine maintenance of vehicles

โ€ข Ensure vehicles are properly badged, cleaned and prepped for future rentals

โ€ข Maintain positive relationships with external body & service shops

โ€ข Transport vehicles to and from service & repair facilities

โ€ข Work with body shops for damage estimates and timely repairs

โ€ข Assist transportation department in transporting inbound and outbound vehicles

โ€ข Face to face customer interaction

โ€ข Provide exceptional customer service

โ€ข Review processes and make recommendations as needed

โ€ข Other projects as designated by management

The position would report to the NE Regional Account Executive, Columbus, Ohio.

Base plus bonus potential.
