How you'll make an impact
Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone. Responsible for the processing applications for insurance and handling service requests for customers according to established procedures. Responds to routine telephone calls and correspondence using a computer to access account information. Completes any necessary documentation and refers issues to the Supervisor as needed.
