Position Overview: onsemi is seeking a Senior Logistics Sourcing Manager to lead global logistics sourcing strategy and take end-to-end ownership of the logistics supplier base. This is a senior role responsible for strengthening supplier performance, driving network optimization, and ensuring operational continuity while delivering measurable value through disciplined sourcing and contract lifecycle management. The role requires a procurement leader with strong operational acumen who can influence stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, and elevate how the logistics function operates globally.

Responsibilities
Global Supplier Base Ownership & Governance
  • Own and lead the logistics supplier ecosystem, including supplier strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish supplier governance routines, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting to drive service, cost, and risk outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure supplier decisions support business priorities and operational requirements.

Network Optimization & Operational Performance
  • Drive network optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, resilience, scalability, and cost structure.
  • Strengthen continuity and risk mitigation through supplier segmentation, contingency planning, and performance levers.
  • Balance strategic sourcing with operational execution-ensuring sourcing decisions translate into measurable service improvement.

Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities across logistics services.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies that deliver sustainable value and improved supplier performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing plans accordingly.

Contract Lifecycle Leadership
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle-from negotiation through renewal, amendment, or termination.
  • Lead complex negotiations and ensure contracts deliver value, compliance, and risk protections.

Process, Policy, and Transformation
  • Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Drive process efficiency and modernization through analytics, systems, and digital procurement tools.
  • Promote responsible and sustainable sourcing practices aligned with company goals.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing/procurement, with demonstrated success managing suppliers and delivering measurable savings/value.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes across a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using procurement systems and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:
  • MBA or master's degree.
  • CPSM, CSCP, or similar procurement certification.
  • Experience in semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or high-tech industries.
  • Global sourcing experience, including cross-regional supplier management and familiarity with logistics/brokerage concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven procurement, automation technologies, and contract intelligence tools.
