Job description

Do you want to join a high‑performing team delivering one of Norway’s most exciting hyperscale data centre builds?

We’re looking for an experienced CSA Manager to take a pivotal leadership role on a flagship Data Centre construction project in Porsgrunn, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and to world‑class standards.

As CSA Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the project’s CSA packages, providing professional project management, robust communication and consistent leadership. You’ll work closely with client teams, designers, contractors and internal stakeholders to keep quality, programme and budget fully under control.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the CSA scope from planning to handover.
  • Keep programme, cost, quality and safety firmly on track.
  • Lead site inspections, RAMS approvals, risk management and client reporting.
  • Drive design coordination, change control, procurement and information flow.
  • Run key meetings and ensure progress stays ahead of schedule.
  • Oversee commissioning, O&Ms, training and snagging close‑out.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong background delivering CSA packages on large‑scale construction or data centre projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Detail‑driven, organised and proactive approach.
  • Confidence leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing complex programmes.
  • A commitment to quality, safety and doing things the right way.

MiCiM recognise the lack of representation of minority groups in construction and the need for change to create equal opportunity for all individuals. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves regardless of age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity and perspective. We know that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds strengthen our team, enabling us to deliver better results. We make our employment decisions based, skills, competencies and experiences in relation to each role.
