Client Systems Administrator
Position Summary
As a Client Systems Administrator within Epic's Hosting entity, you'll help deliver Epic software to end users across some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic, ensuring reliable access to the tools they need to provide outstanding care. You'll work across a wide range of technologies to deploy new environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support production systems. Whether it's managing application delivery, automating deployments, or debugging system-level problems, you'll play a key role in keeping healthcare running smoothly.
You'll collaborate with teams across Epic. Alongside developers, implementation staff, technical support, and customers, you'll play a key role in designing and maintaining performant, secure, and scalable solutions. Along the way, you'll build deep expertise in enterprise IT and develop specialized skills in areas like web services, automation, Windows internals, scripting, and application publishing. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, math, physics, MIS, or hard science preferred
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
