Position Overview

We’re hiring full-time technicians with strong experience in fire alarm systems. Ideal candidates will hold a NICET II certification or higher and a Denver Fire Alarm Installer Card (CSA). You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear production goals and opportunities to grow into senior roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret work orders, manuals, and diagrams
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inspections and testing of alarm systems and extinguishers (NFPA standards)
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and fleet vehicles
  • Perform basic math and lift equipment up to 80 lbs
  • Safely operate ladders up to 28 ft
  • Participate in weekly safety trainings and use PPE
  • Learn construction phases, building codes, and NFPA 72
  • Use Honeywell CLSS software and mobile tools for system management
  • Accurately complete paperwork and manage inventory
  • Follow company vehicle policies and maintain safe driving habits


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Compliance with federal and state codes
  • Required: NICET II Certification, Denver Fire Alarm Installer Card
  • Preferred: Backflow Certification, additional licenses
  • Must pass a 10-panel drug test and a criminal background check
