JOB SUMMARY
Maintains and repairs building and equipment, including resolving complex maintenance problems .
R ESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs maintenance of building (s), including painting, electrical, and general repairs .

  • Resolves complex maintenance problems. Keeps related records. Completes repair projects and minor remodels .

  • Reports and resolves building problems .

  • May order maintenance supplies and equipment. Maintains equipment and tools .

  • May coordinate work of contractors, as assigned .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
  • Five+ years or more of related experience in general maintenance work .

  • Substantial experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general building systems and related areas as necessary .

  • Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties .

  • Basic ability to read blueprints and schematics .

  • Ability to identify and resolve potential safety and security problems .

  • Ability to Ski or Ride safe and in control

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
  • This position is required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.

  • A worker in this position must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions to the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Position may require sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or bending on an occasional basis.

  • May be required to lift 50+ lbs. to perform essential functions.

  • May be required to maneuver up to 160lbs.
