Position Overview

Crystal Psychotherapy is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists, to ensure holistic care.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions and addressing complex familial issues, such as grief, conflict resolution, and blended family dynamics.
• Offering crisis intervention strategies and support in areas like substance abuse, trauma, and mental health disorders.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences, providing compassionate and personalized care to help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a social work or mental health setting.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth-related technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
