Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Specialist R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. R&K has an opportunity to provide services to support Headquarters (HQ) AFSOC A2 to deliver specialized subject matter expertise to Air Force, USSOCOM, and AFSOC intelligence programs, supporting a comprehensive range of activities and objectives.

The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate supports and executes programs that enhance the capabilities of Air Force Special Operations Forces (AFSOF) intelligence personnel. These programs are designed to ensure intelligence personnel are equipped to deliver comprehensive and actionable intelligence services to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) elements and subordinate commands. Program activities encompass the collection, interpretation, and timely dissemination of intelligence information gathered from multiple sources, including manned and unmanned airborne ISR platforms.

In addition to airborne collection, AFSOC ISR conducts rapid, real-time synthesis of extensive intelligence data derived from diverse sources, such as human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Title : Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Specialist Location : Hurlburt Field, FL Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required Start Date: Anticipated start date July 16, 2026, contingent upon award. Develops cryptologic intelligence training and provides subject matter expertise to support AFSOC organizations and units.

Duties: * Curriculum: Develops and updates delivers cryptologic intelligence curriculum. * Creates and modifies all training materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and practical exercises, * to meet AFSOC training requirements. * Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinates with AFSOC units to identify training * needs and share best practices.

Liaises with joint, Air Force, and SOCOM cryptologic organizations to leverage resources and promote interoperability. * Subject Matter Expertise: Acts as a subject matter expert for cryptologic intelligence methodologies and tools. Assesses the training and operational needs of AFSOC's cryptologic enterprise.

* Operational and Technical Support: Advises and supports units on the access, utilization, and optimization of cryptologic intelligence software. Supports the development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Provides direct support for Cryptologic Analysis and Reporting, Target Network Analysis, and Air Operations and Integration.

Requirements, Relevant Knowledge and/or Skills Required: Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as intelligence studies or related discipline. Must be a graduate of the Air Force Fusion Analyst (1N4) course or service equivalent. Experience: * Minimum 5 years combined hands-on cryptologic analysis and reporting (1N4) and Instructional Systems Design experience out of the last 12 years.

Skills: * Strong analytical skills, excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills. Highly Desired: previous relevant experience in the Special Operation Forces (SOF) community is highly desired.
