Crypto / Blockchain Associate (2–6 Years) – Industry-Exclusive Practice | U.S. Offices

Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Crypto / Blockchain Associate to join a leading law firm’s nationally recognized, industry-exclusive crypto team. This role is fully dedicated to crypto and blockchain clients and offers exposure across litigation, regulatory, bankruptcy, products, enforcement, and transactional matters.


Responsibilities

  • Support crypto-focused litigation, regulatory, and enforcement matters
  • Assist with blockchain-related product development and advisory work
  • Work on crypto bankruptcy and creditor/debtor representations
  • Provide guidance on state licensing, trust charters, and compliance issues
  • Contribute to token launches, stablecoins, and emerging crypto products
  • Collaborate across teams on high-profile, fast-moving matters

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of legal experience (practice area flexible)
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain required
  • Experience in crypto litigation, regulatory work, products, or government investigations preferred
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
  • Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction required
