Job description

Jeeves is a groundbreaking financial operating system built for global businesses that provides corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software within one unified platform. The company operates across 20+ countries including Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, the United Kingdom, across Europe, and the United States, and serves over 5,000 clients ranging from venture-backed startups to SMBs around the world. With a mission to empower businesses with more efficient and cost-effective financial solutions worldwide, Jeeves combines cutting-edge financial technology with exceptional team expertise to transform the business financial landscape. Jeeves has been recognized as one of The Information's 50 Most Promising Startups in 2023, as well as a Y Combinator Top Company 2021-2023 and won “Fintech of the Year" at the European Fintech Awards.

Since graduating from Y Combinator in 2020, Jeeves has successfully raised over $380 million and is backed by top world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, CRV, Tencent, Stanford University, Clocktower Venues, and founders of more than 15 unicorns including David Velez (Nubank), Carlos Garcia (Kavak) and Sebastián Mejía (Rappi).

You’ll own Jeeves' stablecoin and digital asset strategy—defining how blockchain rails transform cross-border payments, treasury management, and settlement for global businesses. This role requires someone who is crypto-obsessed and deeply familiar with the stablecoin ecosystem: issuance and reserve models, on/off-ramp mechanics, fiat rail interoperability, and institutional adoption trends. We want someone who has built stablecoin or crypto payment products at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, cross-border payment platform, or fintech building on blockchain rails.

Location: This role is based out of United States, and is a full-time remote position. #LI-REMOTE

What You’ll Do Stablecoin Product Strategy
  • Own the stablecoin product roadmap: which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they integrate into payments and treasury workflows

  • Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages for end users

  • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams

Cross-Border Payments & Treasury
  • Build products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors

  • Design seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel as simple as traditional banking, even for users who have never touched crypto

  • Ensure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so stablecoins become a natural extension of existing payment infrastructure

Compliance, Risk & Custody
  • Navigate US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations to ship compliant products in every market we serve

  • Embed AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the product from day one

  • Evaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions that meet institutional-grade security standards

Partnerships & Go-to-Market
  • Evaluate and manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success to position stablecoin products and close deals with CFOs and treasury teams

  • Ship, measure, and iterate—track adoption metrics and ruthlessly prioritize based on data and business impact

What We’re Looking For Required
  • 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails

  • Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and how stablecoins interact with treasury flows and FX

  • Strong understanding of fiat rails: ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI—and how reconciliation, settlement timing, and fiat conversions work alongside stablecoin flows

  • Blockchain infrastructure literacy: EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody. Able to converse with engineers on API docs and system design

  • Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA,
